hi71 Terms & Conditions — Platform Rules & Player Obligations

1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "hi71" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" — refers to the hi71 online casino and sports betting platform operating at hi71.io and its associated services.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" — refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the hi71 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" — refers to the unique registered user account opened by a Player on the hi71 platform.
• "Balance" — refers to the total monetary value of cleared, deposited funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, excluding pending bonus amounts subject to wagering requirements.
• "Bonus Funds" — refers to any promotional credits, free spins value, or other incentive amounts credited to a Player's Account that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Wager" / "Bet" — refers to any real-money stake placed by a Player on a casino game, sports market, or other wagering product available on hi71.
• "BDT" / "৳" — refers to Bangladeshi Taka, the primary currency used on the hi71 platform for transactions and account balances.
• "Prohibited Territory" — refers to any jurisdiction in which use of online gambling services is expressly prohibited by applicable law.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer verification procedures required to confirm a Player's identity, age, and payment method ownership.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the hi71 platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, or placing any Wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with hi71's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and hi71. Your continued use of the platform following any published amendments to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

3 Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register on hi71, make any deposit, place any Wager, or claim any bonus. hi71 enforces strict age verification. Any Account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all Wagers voided, and any funds returned to the original payment method after deduction of applicable processing costs.

3.2 Residency & Jurisdiction

hi71 is operated for and targeted at players in Bangladesh. You are responsible for determining whether online gambling is lawful in your specific location. hi71 does not accept registrations from persons located in jurisdictions where online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law. By registering, you represent that you are not located in such a jurisdiction.

3.3 Legal Capacity

You confirm that you have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and that you are not acting on behalf of any third party. You also confirm that you are not a person who has been previously self-excluded from hi71 or any other gambling platform in relation to a self-exclusion period that remains active.

3.4 Employee Restriction

Employees, contractors, consultants, and immediate family members of hi71 or any affiliated game studio or payment partner are not permitted to hold a Player Account or participate in real-money wagering on the hi71 platform.

4 Account Registration

4.1 Single Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) Account on hi71. Opening, operating, or attempting to operate more than one Account — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. hi71 reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts and forfeit any associated balances.

4.2 Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration and at all times thereafter. You must promptly update your Account details if any information changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

4.3 KYC Verification

hi71 may, at any time and at its sole discretion, request that you submit identity verification documents including but not limited to a government-issued national identification card, passport, driver's licence, proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days), and proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to provide requested KYC documents within the specified timeframe may result in Account suspension and withholding of withdrawals until verification is completed.

4.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. hi71 will treat all activity conducted through your Account as having been authorised by you. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact hi71 support immediately at [email protected].

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

hi71 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may change from time to time. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Minimum withdrawal thresholds vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier section of your Account.

5.2 Same-Method Withdrawal Policy

hi71 operates a same-method withdrawal policy. Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method and account used for your most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification. hi71 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first withdrawals or withdrawals exceeding ৳50,000.

5.3 Processing Times

Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your Account balance in real time upon successful transaction confirmation. Withdrawals to mobile financial services are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule. hi71 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

5.4 Currency

All Account balances, deposit amounts, wager stakes, and withdrawal amounts on hi71 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). hi71 does not currently support multi-currency accounts. Any currency conversion required at the payment provider level is the sole responsibility of the Player.

5.5 Prohibited Funds

You must not deposit funds that are derived from criminal activity, money laundering, or any other unlawful source. hi71 cooperates fully with relevant authorities in cases of suspected financial crime. Any Account identified as being used for money laundering or fraudulent activity will be immediately suspended and reported to applicable authorities.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload promotions, and other incentives offered by hi71 are subject to individual promotion terms including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds (where applicable to sports betting bonuses), maximum bet limits while bonus funds are active, and promotional expiry dates. The specific terms for each promotion are published on the relevant promotion page and must be read in full before claiming any offer.

6.2 Welcome Bonus

New Players who qualify for hi71's welcome bonus may receive a matched deposit bonus of up to ৳20,000 on their first deposit. The welcome bonus is subject to a wagering requirement that must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. 6.3 Bonus Abuse

hi71 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or claw back any bonus or bonus-derived winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming multiple welcome bonuses through duplicate accounts, placing low-risk or hedged bets designed to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine risk, or systematically exploiting promotional structures in a manner inconsistent with normal player behaviour.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 Game Rules

Each casino game available on hi71 is governed by the individual rules of that game as provided by the respective game studio (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and others). Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each game before wagering. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a game studio's rules, these Terms shall prevail except where the conflict relates to the mechanics or outcomes of the game itself, in which case the game studio's certified rules govern.

7.2 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets on hi71 cover cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers fixtures), football, kabaddi, hockey, and virtual sports. All bets are accepted subject to hi71's sports betting rules, which are published in the sports section of the platform. hi71 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was offered in error, at incorrect odds, or on an event that was subsequently cancelled or found to have been subject to match-fixing or irregular activity.

7.3 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a technical malfunction, network interruption, or software error during a casino game or sports betting transaction, hi71 will investigate the incident using server-side logs. Where a malfunction is confirmed, hi71 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the Player's Account. Malfunction voids play. hi71 accepts no liability for losses arising from technical issues outside its reasonable control.

7.4 Maximum Winnings

hi71 may impose maximum winnings limits on individual games, game categories, or promotional periods. Where such limits apply, they are displayed in the relevant game or promotion terms. hi71 reserves the right to limit the amount a Player may withdraw as winnings from a single session or promotional period at its reasonable discretion.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the hi71 platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to play casino games, place sports bets, or interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Colluding with other players in poker, live dealer games, or any other competitive game format to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting, matched betting using promotional funds, or any other strategy designed to generate guaranteed profit from bonus offers without genuine wagering risk.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, game errors, or platform vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winnings derived from exploiting known errors are not valid and will be voided.
• Using the hi71 platform for any money laundering purpose, including but not limited to depositing funds from unlawful sources and withdrawing them after minimal wagering activity.
• Accessing your Account from a Prohibited Territory using VPN, proxy, or other location-masking technology.
• Creating or operating more than one Account, or creating an Account after a previously imposed self-exclusion or ban remains in effect.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing hi71 support staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Misrepresenting your identity, age, or any other personal information during registration or KYC verification.

9 Responsible Gaming

hi71 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling. We recognise that for a small number of players, gambling can become a problem. hi71 provides a suite of responsible gaming tools accessible directly from every Player Account, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and full self-exclusion.

10 Intellectual Property

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the hi71 platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the hi71 platform without prior written authorisation from hi71. Unauthorised use of hi71 intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hi71 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the hi71 platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.

hi71's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising from these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

hi71 does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times, free of errors, or free of viruses or other harmful components. hi71 shall not be liable for losses caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, third-party payment processor failures, natural disasters, or government action.

12 Amendments to These Terms

hi71 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, hi71 will notify registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the platform at least seven (7) days before the revised Terms take effect, where reasonably practicable. Non-material corrections, clarifications, or updates may take effect immediately upon publication.

Your continued use of the hi71 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must close your Account and withdraw any available balance before the effective date of the changes.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable law. hi71 operates as a safe and reliable platform committed to fair play and player protection. In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the hi71 platform, hi71 encourages Players to contact the support team in the first instance to seek an amicable resolution.

Formal dispute resolution procedures are set out in hi71's dispute policy, available from the support team upon request. hi71 commits to responding to all formal dispute submissions within five (5) business days and to resolving disputes within thirty (30) days of receipt where possible.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication between the Player and hi71, the parties agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration under such rules and procedures as hi71 may specify in its dispute resolution policy.
